Sand Creek 2017

Many years ago, a small town grocery store and small family home sat on this property. The store and home were owned by the parents of the current homeowner. After many years away, the longing to come home again brought an idea to life - How to utilize a beautiful peninsula between a creek and river for a new family home. The unique size and shape of the buildable portion of the lot dictated some layout limitations, but also opened up some very striking view opportunities.
